Order Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Before Preparation: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing for a full refund
  • During Preparation: Orders in preparation can be cancelled with 50% refund of order value
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched for delivery

AbsoluteLaddoos-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Ingredient unavailability or quality issues
  • Technical issues or payment failures
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
  • Delivery area temporarily unavailable

Note: In case of cancellation by AbsoluteLaddoos, full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Valid Refund Cases

  • Order cancelled by AbsoluteLaddoos
  • Customer cancellation within allowed timeframe
  • Quality issues with delivered products (reported within 2 hours of delivery)
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Damaged products during delivery
  • Non-delivery despite multiple attempts

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Customer not available for delivery after multiple attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
  • Products consumed partially or completely
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Issues arising from improper storage by customer
  • Natural deterioration of perishable items beyond our control
