- Before Preparation: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing for a full refund
- During Preparation: Orders in preparation can be cancelled with 50% refund of order value
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched for delivery
AbsoluteLaddoos-Initiated Cancellation
We may cancel orders in the following situations:
- Ingredient unavailability or quality issues
- Technical issues or payment failures
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
- Delivery area temporarily unavailable
Note: In case of cancellation by AbsoluteLaddoos, full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

- Customer not available for delivery after multiple attempts
