Delivery Areas

We currently deliver fresh sweets to the following areas:

• Gandhinagar, Hyderabad city and surrounding suburbs
• All areas within 25 km radius of our preparation center
• Select locations in Telangana (contact us for availability)

Delivery Charges

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days from order confirmation
• Same Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM (additional charges apply)
• Express Delivery: Next day delivery for orders placed before 6 PM (additional charges apply)
• Festival Orders: May require 3-5 business days during peak seasons

Order Processing

1. Order confirmation email sent within 1 hour of payment
2. Order enters preparation queue (preparation starts next business day)
3. Fresh preparation takes 4-6 hours depending on order size
4. Quality check and packaging
5. Dispatch notification sent with estimated delivery time
6. Delivery to your doorstep

Packaging

• All sweets are packed in food-grade, airtight containers
• Eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible
• Temperature-controlled packaging for longer distances
• Each order includes care instructions and consumption guidelines
• Gift packaging available on request (additional charges may apply)

Delivery Process

• Our delivery partner will call you before delivery
• Someone must be available to receive the order
• Please verify order contents at the time of delivery
• Payment on delivery not available - online payment only
• Delivery attempts will be made twice; after that, order returns to store

Special Delivery Instructions

• For apartment complexes, please provide clear directions and contact security if needed
• Delivery to office addresses: Please ensure reception/security is informed
• For contactless delivery, specify safe drop location in delivery notes
• Weekend and holiday deliveries may have limited time slots

Failed Delivery

In case of failed delivery due to:

• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Customer not available after multiple attempts
• Refusal to accept delivery

The order will be returned to our store and held for 24 hours. Redelivery charges will apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
